SPECIALIST E-LEARNING TO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING OF MENOPAUSE MANAGEMENT!

This course is open to all, irrespective of age and gender, to:

  • Gain an understanding of the phases, stages of menopause to demonstrate how everyone’s experience is unique.
  • Understand the potential impact of symptoms and the range of self-care and management options available, including HRT – outlining the risks versus benefits.
  • Find out what support is available and how to access it, both in, and outside of the workplace.
  • Develop confident conversation frameworks to help with discussions at work, at home and with the GP.
  • Become confident to engage empathetically with colleagues going through menopause - irrespective of age or gender.

The course is broken up into 9 bite-size chunks that can be paused and rewatched at your own pace, with quizzes and downloadable resources available to inform you and your colleagues.
