We're here to share positive, supportive and constructive advice to help women manage menopause.

Formed in 2016, Ann and Jo, both perimenopausal, frustrated and over-whelmed by the range of information available online as we navigated the menopause minefield. We made it our mission to find engaging health professionals to speak at friendly events to inform other women in similar situations as ourselves.

Fast forward to 2020, covid-19 meant public events we're too risky. Our only option to continue reaching women looking for evidence based advice from a range of health and medical experts was to take them online.

Our optimistic, up beat approach, to support this complex time in life has helped many women make informed choices and be more positive about their menopause.
